Working in Sprints – Pomodoro Technique

Pomodore, Pomodoro. However you say it, the technique WILL help you get results. So what is it? Working in sprints. Let me explain.

Named after the tomato (pomodoro in Italian) timer he used to set his intervals, Francesco Cirillo created the method in the late 1980s. What it boils down to is simple. Break up what you need to do into smaller tasks than can be tackled in 20-25 minutes. Set the timer. And GO!

Breaking down your routine into smaller tasks helps break up your day. You can work in sprints and challenge yourself. How many Pomodoros can YOU do in a day?

Small steps accomplish BIG goals. If you need help, reach out!
