Selling with Empathy

Are you paralyzing your sales process by keeping a critical factor out of the experience? This week Steve talks about selling with empathy and its place in your interactions with customers.

The world is in a very different place right now. There is a pandemic affecting us globally. And here in the US, there is a transition happening. These factors, whether directly or indirectly, are affecting your buyers. And you may or not may agree with them. Frankly, you don’t have to agree with them. You DO have to see their perspective, however.

Pre-decide how to engage with your prospects in a manner that you “can stand”. When you find a way to let them show their emotions, you also lead the process without distracting from the sales. Your customer will see your humanity and allow you to continue the progress of your deal.
