Innovation vs Convention

Generally, people will fall into two paths when it comes to their process. On the traditional end, we have the conventional thinkers. They are the people who execute consistently within the framework of your sales process. They have expectations. Convention. They want technology in place and like an established rubric. And they like to draw from the data provided by that technology.

There are also creative thinkers. They thrive where they can innovate. The only expectations they typically have is that they expect to create. Innovation. They intend to build the processes and implement the technology. They build as they go.
