Natural at Work or an Imposter?
When you’re a natural, it’s simple. You don’t have to work hard. In fact, it appears effortless to onlookers. So when making decisions comes easy, sales leaders find themselves justifying. Imposter syndrome sets in. Sales leaders spin their wheels, working harder than they really need to. Just to prove their value.
We all have our gifts, The skills we excel at with little to no effort. Rather than LABORing unnecessarily, we need to embrace these skills we have. Relieve the pressure of having to prove yourself with needless tasking.
