You’re about to head out of the office for a two-week disconnect. Now stop. Think back to when one of your salespeople asked you about that thing. You replied, Don’t worry. I’ll take care of it. Now go back, find that person, and show THEM how to take care of that THING. You’ll enjoy the break from the office that much more.
