A relationship is the defining characteristic of everything in space and time. This is the law of entanglement. So how does sales operate in this equation?
Space
For the law of entanglement to be applied correctly, you begin with space. You need to make space for your prospect. Build an environment where they can learn about you and develop the right relationship with you. Likewise, they will need to make space for you to see how you and your solutions fit in the context of their business.
Time
After you create the space, you need to invest the time. Relationships aren’t typically built overnight. Your prospect also needs to get an idea of what your relationship will look like over time. Show them how their commitment to working with you will grow your relationship and their business.
