As a sales leader, you have the authority to demand time and attention. But it does not guarantee that they’ll listen to your feedback. You have the right to tell them how to improve their sales process. But they’ll only listen if you’ve proven yourself to them as their sales leader. So what does that look like? How do you prove yourself and earn their acceptance?
