It’s that time of year – 2020 Year-End Sales Rally time! It’s to the point we don’t need to say it. 2020 has been different. But, though a lot of the context has been different, a lot of things still remained the same.
As a sales leader, you still have been responsible for developing your team. You have made inroads with new prospects, and you’ve been cultivating clients. The sales process has continued. We have discussed so many methods that continue to be put into practice.
Something that we have talked about in the past that needs to ring truer this year is cheerleading your team. Cheerleading your efforts. Now more than ever, as sales leaders, you need to set the bar. You need to applaud the efforts that have been made. Celebrate the wins. Review the plays that missed and set the expectations moving forward.
