But guess what? It actually helped me do a better job as a sales development leader.
Even with 30 years of professional selling and coaching experience, I still get surprised! Most recently about “social” media and LinkedIn.
Are you ready to prioritize your selling resources?
Why? Because they’re scarce and you need to use them wisely.
It was one of those moments of clarity.
